Returns: We accept exchanges for unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, opened, installed, or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

No Refund for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Refunds or replacements issued for confirmed damage or wrong items only.

How to Request: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, reason, and photos. We respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing: Processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
