Return, Exchange & Refund Policy — MK Souks

Standard Returns

MK Souks accepts returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind refunds.

Statutory Consumer Rights

For eligible online purchases, Lebanese consumer protection law generally provides a 10-day withdrawal right from delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Exchanges

Unused products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to their condition and stock availability. This voluntary exchange policy does not restrict statutory rights.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Customers should contact MK Souks within 24 hours of delivery whenever possible, with their order number and supporting photos. This notification request does not limit statutory rights.

Eligible claims are assessed for repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. MK Souks covers applicable return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return transport for voluntary exchanges and eligible change-of-mind withdrawals where permitted by law. No restocking fee applies.

Refund Methods

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and assessed, subject to mandatory legal deadlines.

• Cash-on-delivery orders: Whish Money or OMT.

• Cash payments at our pickup location: Cash refund at the pickup location by prior arrangement.

Cancellations

Contact us before dispatch to request cancellation or changes to an order. Once dispatched, applicable return and withdrawal rules apply.

Delivery

Fixed delivery fee: $5 USD across Lebanon. No free delivery is offered.
