Returns and Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, opened, installed, damaged, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please check the product details, measurements, colors, and available options carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Contact us by WhatsApp or email and provide your order number, the reason for your request, and clear photos when applicable.

We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
