Returns / الاسترجاع

We accept exchanges for unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

نقبل الاستبدال للمنتجات غير المستخدمة خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم. يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وغير المستخدمة مع التغليف الأصلي. تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على عاتق العميل.

Non-Returnable Items / المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

Items that have been used, opened, installed, or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو فتحها أو تركيبها أو تلفت بسبب سوء الاستخدام.

No Refund for Change of Mind / لا استرداد لتغيير الرأي

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items / المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Refunds or replacements are issued for confirmed damage or wrong items received.

إذا استلمت منتجاً تالفاً أو معيباً، يجب الإبلاغ عنه خلال 24 ساعة من التسليم مع صور. يتم إصدار الاسترداد أو الاستبدال للأضرار المؤكدة أو المنتجات الخاطئة.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing / معالجة الاسترداد

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

بعد استلام المنتج المُرجع وفحصه، تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 5-7 أيام عمل إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
